In this workshop we cover the causes of arthritis both RA and OA. We look at risk factors, prevention and intervention.
Nutrition and herbal compounds can play a role as well as adapting the food we eat to an 'anti-inflammatory' diet.
What is an anti-inflammatory diet? What natural foods, herbs and lifestyle changes have been studied and shown to be effective for joint repair, halting joint degradation and maximising bone and joint health.
