About the event
Combining scientific research from peer reviewed journals, low impact movements, eating, recipes, interactive presentations, life coaching and refreshments Nutritionist and Naturopath Isaac Butcher will take you on a fun, interactive and emotional journey showing you how to implement all of the above, balance your life needs, and implement new cooking styles. You will also receive helpful tools that can empower you to make lifelong fulfilling changes that will assist you towards your personal goals in health and wellness.
We will cover limiting beliefs, neural pathways, physical needs, emotional needs, what a balanced lifestyle or diet means and we will eat some food! So no need to plan dinner or bring food, we will take good care of you. Please do make sure you let us know of any food allergies you have.
The cost of a ticket is £20 if you book in advance.
If you are running late don't worry you can catch up when you arrive, we will have some handout material to help you get up to speed and we will save food for anyone running really behind :-)
