About the event
Led by nutritionist and naturopath Isaac Butcher this is a great opportunity to learn new recipes, cooking techniques, eat delicious food, meet like minded people and ask questions regarding health and nutrition. With so much confusion surrounding various health and nutrition topics come and meet Isaac who cuts through the jargon and bad science and tells it like it is.
Many people like to hear good news about bad habits and this is the problem with so much pseudoscience in the medical and nutritional literature today. Isaac who reads scientific journals for fun has spent hours researching the research to cut to the truth. The saying 'The truth will set you free' comes to mind as we see people's lives transformed.
This is a great value night at just £16 pp and this includes a buffet style meal and refreshments. You will also have the opportunity to try and buy our home made ice cream: 'Que Rico', which is possibly the healthiest ice cream in the world :-D
